What other continuing support will I receive?
As our franchisee, our Business Development & Operations representative will provide advice and guidance, medical checkup activities and check quality control compliance, FDA Regulatory Compliance Assistance and may be consulted on any matter you may encounter as you operate the business specially refresher trainings will also provide as needed.
Do you have Royalty Fee?
Yes, it's 1% of your gross sales. This is used for continuous support to all our partner franchisees.
Where do we procure the Pharmacy Merchandise?
MaxiDrug Pharmacy Warehouse Department will provide all the medicines and related supplies to franchisee.
What criteria for choosing a right site or location?
The store's location should be easily visible from primary roads or main thoroughfares, in proximity to commercial districts or densely populated residential areas. It should benefit from substantial foot traffic and be conveniently situated near markets, hospitals, and prominent establishments.
What is the manpower requirement for MDP Franchise Outlet?
FDA requires all drugstores to have a licensed pharmacist to directly supervise operations and dispense drugs. Ideal staff requirement per store would be 2 to 3 personnel including the Pharmacist or Manager and Pharmacy Assistant.
Will we be trained on MaxiDrug Pharmacy's System of Operations?
Yes. Training shall be scheduled and accomplished prior your franchised store's Grand Opening. Additional training and consultation can be done via online meeting.
What is the space requirement of MaxiDrug Pharmacy?
It is advisable to have at least a 20 sqm store size to maximize your franchised pharmacy.
How to become a MaxiDrug Franchisee?

How Do I Start?
Attend the MaxiDrug Pharmacy Franchise Opportunity Seminar via Zoom
Email and Submit the following applications sent through email
We will review and evaluate your qualifications thoroughly
- If your application is qualified, we will invite you to a business meeting to discuss the details and terms of the franchise prior to signing the franchise agreement.
- There will be an orientation between the Franchisee and Franchisor
Signing of Memorandum of Agreement and Payment
- Proceed with the Site Location and approval with our Business Development
- Signing of Franchise Contract
Register with DTI if single proprietorship or SEC for Corporation
- Apply Business Permits and get a lease contract from landlord
Store Layout Architecture will be presented and proceed with the renovation
Look for a licensed pharmacist. The Franchisor will also help to hire a Registered Pharmacist & Pharmacist Assistant
Apply for BIR permits
Be prepared for actual training (franchisee, pharmacist, and assistant)
Complete the FDA requirements/license to operate (c/o Franchisor/Regulatory Team)
